At ASTRO5, we are committed to providing a professional and transparent experience for every customer. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before booking any service.
Advance Payment
अग्रिम भुगतान
All consultations, reports, and other services offered by ASTRO5 require full advance payment unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation by Customer
ग्राहक द्वारा रद्दीकरण
Customers may request to cancel or reschedule an appointment before the scheduled consultation time. Approval of rescheduling is subject to availability.
If the consultation has already started or the requested service has been delivered, cancellation will not be accepted.
Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:
After a consultation has been completed.
After a Vedic Astrology analysis or report has been prepared or delivered.
After a Numerology, Palmistry, Face Reading, or Counselling session has been completed.
If the customer decides not to continue after booking.
If incorrect birth details or other inaccurate information are provided by the customer.
Eligible Refunds

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment made for the same booking.
Verified technical failure that prevented ASTRO5 from providing the booked service.
Payment was successfully deducted, but the booking was not created due to a technical error.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Processing Time
प्रसंस्करण समय
If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
Rescheduling
पुनर्निर्धारण
If a consultation cannot be conducted due to unavoidable circumstances on the part of ASTRO5, the appointment will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
