Choose a Guidance Package
Choose a guidance package containing 1, 2, 3, or all 4 assessment services. Each package covers one main problem, question, or topic. Counselling/Guidance is included in every package.

Sign In and Provide Details
Sign in or create an ASTRO5 account before final checkout. Provide your main topic, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and preferred consultation start slot.
अंतिम checkout से पहले अपने ASTRO5 account में login करें या नया account बनाएँ। अपनी मुख्य समस्या, जन्मतिथि, जन्म समय, जन्म स्थान और preferred consultation start slot की जानकारी दें।
Complete Secure Payment
Complete secure payment through Razorpay. A booking is confirmed only after the payment succeeds and is verified by the server. Pending, failed, or unverified payments do not create a confirmed booking.
Razorpay के माध्यम से सुरक्षित भुगतान पूरा करें। भुगतान सफल होने और server द्वारा सत्यापित होने के बाद ही booking confirmed मानी जाएगी। Pending, failed या unverified payment से confirmed booking नहीं बनेगी।
Complete Required Information in the Customer Portal
After successful payment, view the booking in the Customer Portal and complete the required information. If Palmistry or Face Reading was selected, securely upload the requested palm or face photographs through the Portal.
सफल भुगतान के बाद Customer Portal में अपनी booking देखें और आवश्यक जानकारी पूरी करें। Palmistry या Face Reading चुने जाने पर आवश्यक हथेली या चेहरे की तस्वीरें Portal में सुरक्षित रूप से upload करें।
Expert Review and Consultation Start
After payment verification and receipt of the required details and media, the expert reviews the booking. The 5-Day Guided Consultation Window begins only when all three conditions are met: payment captured and verified, required information and media complete, and an authorised expert selects "Start Consultation."

Receive Five-Day Guidance
For the next continuous 120 hours, receive structured assessment, counselling/guidance, and reasonable follow-up support related to the same selected topic through WhatsApp Chat. Responses are provided within defined service timings. New or unrelated topics require a new package. This is not a guaranteed future-result service and does not constitute medical, legal, investment, psychiatric, or emergency advice.
अगले लगातार 120 घंटों तक एक चुने हुए विषय पर WhatsApp Chat के माध्यम से structured assessment, counselling/guidance और उसी विषय से जुड़े उचित follow-up questions की सुविधा मिलेगी। Responses defined service timings के भीतर दिए जाएंगे। नए या असंबंधित विषयों के लिए नया package आवश्यक है।
You may upgrade an eligible package through the Customer Portal. An upgrade does not restart or extend an already-started 5-Day Guided Consultation Window.

Package Terms
- Each package covers one main problem, question or topic.
- Counselling/Guidance is included with every package.
- Follow-up questions must remain related to the original topic.
- New or unrelated topics require a new package.
- The 5-Day Guided Consultation Window starts only when officially started by an authorised expert after all required information and media are received.
- Delayed customer responses do not automatically extend the window.
- An upgrade does not restart or extend an active window.
- Responses are provided during defined working and response timings.
- Instant, continuous or unlimited replies are not guaranteed.
- Astrology, palmistry, face reading and numerology provide guidance and assessment, not guaranteed future results.
- The service is not medical, legal or investment advice.
- Final GST rate is governed by the configured invoicing policy and applicable legal requirements.
