This Service Delivery Policy outlines how ASTRO5™ delivers its astrology and guidance services, including timelines, session modes, report delivery, and quality standards.

1. Service Overview

- •ASTRO5™ provides personalised astrology, palmistry, face reading, numerology, and life counselling services delivered digitally via WhatsApp Chat.
- •All services are delivered by verified expert consultants assigned by the ASTRO5™ team based on your booking details and requirements.
- •ASTRO5™ व्यक्तिगत ज्योतिष, हस्तरेखा, मुखाकृति विश्लेषण, अंक ज्योतिष और जीवन परामर्श सेवाएं WhatsApp चैट के माध्यम से डिजिटल रूप से प्रदान करता है।

2. Booking Confirmation
बुकिंग पुष्टि
- •Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email at your registered email address.
- •A confirmation notification will also appear in your customer portal at astro5.com/portal.
- •Our team will contact you within 24 hours of booking to confirm your session details and assigned expert.
- •सफल भुगतान के बाद, आपको अपने पंजीकृत ईमेल पते पर बुकिंग पुष्टि ईमेल प्राप्त होगा।

3. Service Delivery Timeline
सेवा वितरण समयसीमा
- •Single Service Consultations: Scheduled within 24–48 hours of booking confirmation, subject to expert availability.
- •Package Services: First session scheduled within 48 hours; subsequent sessions as per the agreed schedule.
- •Written Reports (Kundli, Numerology, etc.): Delivered within 3–5 business days of your consultation session.
- •Urgent requests may be accommodated at an additional charge — please contact us via WhatsApp.
- •एकल सेवा परामर्श: बुकिंग पुष्टि के 24–48 घंटों के भीतर विशेषज्ञ उपलब्धता के अधीन निर्धारित।

4. Report Delivery
रिपोर्ट वितरण
- •Written reports are prepared by your assigned expert and reviewed by the ASTRO5™ admin team before delivery.
- •Once approved and published, you will receive an email notification and an in-portal notification.
- •Reports are available for download from your customer portal at astro5.com/portal under the "My Reports" section.
- •Reports remain accessible in your portal for a minimum of 12 months from the date of delivery.
- •लिखित रिपोर्ट आपके नियुक्त विशेषज्ञ द्वारा तैयार की जाती हैं और वितरण से पहले ASTRO5™ एडमिन टीम द्वारा समीक्षा की जाती है।

5. Session Mode
सत्र माध्यम
- •WhatsApp Chat: All consultations are conducted via WhatsApp text/voice on your registered mobile number. Session duration is as per your booked service or package.
- •Please ensure you are available at the scheduled time. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in session rescheduling.
- •Our expert will initiate the WhatsApp conversation at the scheduled time. Please keep your WhatsApp notifications enabled.
- •WhatsApp चैट: सभी परामर्श आपके पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर WhatsApp टेक्स्ट/वॉयस के माध्यम से आयोजित किए जाते हैं। सत्र अवधि आपकी बुक की गई सेवा या पैकेज के अनुसार होती है।
- •कृपया सुनिश्चित करें कि आप निर्धारित समय पर उपलब्ध हों। 15 मिनट से अधिक देरी से आने पर सत्र पुनर्निर्धारण हो सकता है।
- •हमारे विशेषज्ञ निर्धारित समय पर WhatsApp वार्तालाप शुरू करेंगे। कृपया अपनी WhatsApp सूचनाएं सक्षम रखें।
6. Rescheduling
पुनर्निर्धारण
- •You may reschedule your session up to 12 hours before the scheduled time at no additional charge.
- •Rescheduling requests must be submitted via WhatsApp or email to [email protected].
- •Each booking allows one free reschedule. Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur a ₹99 convenience fee.
- •ASTRO5™ reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to expert unavailability. You will be notified at least 2 hours in advance.
- •आप बिना किसी अतिरिक्त शुल्क के निर्धारित समय से 12 घंटे पहले तक अपना सत्र पुनर्निर्धारित कर सकते हैं।

7. Quality Assurance

- •All ASTRO5™ experts are verified, trained, and regularly evaluated for service quality.
- •Every written report undergoes an admin review before being published to your portal.
- •If you are unsatisfied with the quality of service, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- •We are committed to resolving quality concerns promptly and fairly.

8. Limitations of Service

- •ASTRO5™ services are for informational, reflective, and personal development purposes only.
- •Our guidance does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
- •We do not guarantee any specific outcome, prediction, or result from our services.
- •All decisions made based on our guidance remain the sole responsibility of the individual.
- •ASTRO5™ सेवाएं केवल सूचनात्मक, चिंतनशील और व्यक्तिगत विकास उद्देश्यों के लिए हैं।
